A bit overdue for the review but just wanted to give a huge shout out in saying thank you to Matt and his awesomeness in regards to the carpet cleaning he did for my apartment when I moved out.
If anyone is looking for a solid carpet cleaning service, I highly recommend checking out this place. Prices are reasonable (after reviewing the various price quotes I got from Yelp) and best of all, Matt (owner) was super responsive to any questions/concerns I had.
I can say that my apartment carpet wasn't in the best of shape to start off with but after a thorough cleaning from Matt, everything seem like new. In addition, the time it took for the cleaning was actually pretty quick (for a 1200 sq ft place).
Thanks again Matt for doing a great job! Definitely would use this service again in the future.

Our real estate agent found this company for us to get our carpets professionally cleaned before moving in. Matt was on time to the appointment and did a very thorough job. I appreciated him taking the time to walk through with me so I could show him the main spots that had dirt/stains. He was able to clean the stain/dirt from a high traffic entryway of our home. Although the service was gifted to us, I thought it was a very affordable price compared to some other places I had looked at. We would definitely consider having him clean our carpets regularly!

5 stars because of their professionalism. I contacted to request stain removal on an expensive 100% Viscone rug. The rep was surprisingly honest and referred us to a competitor. He explained that Viscone was a unique / delicate fiber. He was not confident they would be able to remove the stain but the other vendor might have the tools / processes required for this special use case. The rep could have wasted my time and taken my money. Instead he took care of the customer. For that reason alone I would recommend this vendor for more standard use cases.

Matt did a complicated cleaning job for our condo, including cleaning carpet, tile, and slate floors. He was very thorough and did an outstanding job. He did such a good job, we have hired him to maintain our floors quarterly. We are very satisfied. His prices were so reasonable we were able to do all 3 floors at once, and we used to have to do one floor per visit with another carpet cleaner, so now all floors are cleaned 4 times a year as before each floor only received 2 cleanings per year. Excellent!

Matt was available for a last minute job, which was extremely helpful. He was great to work with and very efficient. He got all of the stains out of my carpet that had accumulated from two years of living with multiple cats. Highly recommended!
